Terms of service

The service

ZimmerStack — a product of StaySystems Technologies — provides cloud hotel software (PMS, POS, booking engine, channel manager, revenue management and admin tools) on a per-room monthly or annual subscription. Plans, inclusions and prices are listed on the pricing page; taxes (GST) apply extra as required by law.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled effective the next billing cycle — no notice period, no exit fee. Annual plans run their term. Your per-room rate stays locked while your subscription is continuously active.

Your data

Operational data you enter belongs to your hotel. You can export it in full at any time, including after cancellation (we keep an export available for 90 days). See the privacy policy for handling details.

Fair use and uptime

We target 99.9% availability and publish incidents transparently. Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to access another account's data — tenancy isolation is enforced technically and contractually.

Liability

The service is provided as described, with liability capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months — the standard SaaS arrangement, stated plainly.
