What we collect on this website

The demo form sends us what you type — name, hotel, room count, phone, email, preferred demo time and message — directly to our own lead system, so a person can call you back. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. This site sets no advertising trackers; any analytics we run are aggregate and anonymous.

What the platform stores for hotels

When your hotel runs on ZimmerStack, the platform stores your operational data: bookings, guests, folios, payments metadata, staff records and — where you use the ID vault — guest identity documents. This data belongs to you. We process it only to run the service, isolate it strictly per hotel account, and never sell or share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to operate (payment gateway, cloud hosting, messaging), each bound by their own compliance.

Guest ID documents

ID images are encrypted at rest, access-controlled by staff role, logged on every view, and retained per legal requirements for guest registers. Hotels can export or purge their records on request.

Payments

Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). Full card numbers never touch ZimmerStack servers.
